Cell Measurement Tools

Through collaboration with our strategic partner, HemoGenix, Inc, we now offer high performance assays of mesenchymal stem cells.  Our bioluminescent assay platform, known as LUMENESC™ Assays provides highly sensitive and specific measurement of cellular ATP levels using the well-known luciferin-luciferase bioluminescent reaction following complete cellular lysis.  LUMENESC™ assays provide determination of MSC quality, potency and response to toxic agents.  This assay is based on the HALO® assay platform that was developed by Dr. Ivan Rich, the founder and CEO of HemoGenex, Inc.  Through the collaboration of Vitro and HemoGenix, Inc. we have now extended this assay to high performance assays based on prior culture of MSCs in MSC-Gro™ growth and differentiation media formulations.  These assays are intended for research applications, clinical studies and detailed toxicology studies of MSCs.  For additional information, please see:  www.hemogenix.com.
